This blog will probably be a little silent the next few weeks, the reason is that I am very busy in writing a research proposal. Even my training will probably suffer from this. I hope that this "rest" will make good in recovering from the previous more intense training period. It is quite well-known nowadays that elite athlets in the past very often overlooked the importance of resting and let the muscles recover to get a better gain. A couple of days after the 25 km the feeling in my knee is very pleasant, it feels stronger than ever!
